We absolutely guarantee that you will be THRILLED (not just 'satisfied') with your portraits.  If you aren't THRILLED, we will do whatever it takes to make sure you are thrilled, or we will give you all your money back. No hassles and no hard feelings, either. We want you to LOVE your portraits, or we don't deserve your money. It's as simple as that. 

In addition to this, if your portraits are ever damaged while they are displayed in your home (regardless of fault), simply bring them back and we will replace them at no charge whatsoever.

As a custom portrait studio, there are several myths about TPS Photography that our clients have found to be totally false. Some of the myths are listed below. Some of them will answer a lot of the questions you have about us!

Myth #1: TPS Photography is so expensive!

We fit every budget. Wonderful photographs don't have to cost a fortune! Our goal is to provide you with extremely high-quality portraits.  Large wall portraits are our specialty, and we have some of the best equipment available to produce those breathtaking portraits for your home. Making an investment in a sofa-sized portrait is not "cheap", but it IS an investment in a family heirloom that usually only happens once in a lifetime. Portraits, especially portraits of your family or children, are extremely precious items. Our clients commission us to create their portraits not based on price alone, but also with the peace of mind that they are in very good hands and that they are guaranteed to love their images. Myth #2: "I can get 'pit-chers' just as nice at a big chain store."

The things that separate TPS Photography from chain stores and high-volume studios are the quality of our portraits and our commitment to our clients. When you are at our studio, you probably won't see any other people here. That's because when you are here, YOU are the most important thing to us. We make appointments and set aside special time for each one of our clients. Above all, we do free design consultations for each of our custom portrait sessions. This guarantees that we are on the same page with you, so when the time comes for the photography session, we know exactly what you are expecting in your portraits. We strive to form a lasting relationship with each of our clients, and that personal relationship can make the difference in whether you receive wonderful portraits or "pit-chers" that are just OK.   

Myth #3: "I will be pressured into buying!"

Result:  BUSTED!

This is my biggest pet peeve. People are so used to high-pressure sales from high-volume photography studios they are scared to death that they are going to be talked into buying something they don't want. Don't even get me started on the arm-twisting you might endure when you purchase your church directory photos! Aaaaggghh!!! When you come back to our studio after your portrait session for your private "view-and-choose" session, we won't pressure you into anything! Clients invest in our portraits simply because they want them. And, like our guarantee states, if you are not thrilled with your portraits, we simply don't deserve your hard-earned money.
